Radek Štencl (born 1977) is a Czech contemporary painter who openly calls himself a “voracious observer”. He refers to his desire to absorb as many layers of life as possible. His works depict objects in their many layers, which the line connects in time and space.

From the Fluid lines exhibition at Cafe Era Brno in 2022
The exhibition received a warm reception from the public and was the most visited exhibition in the last three years in the Era Cafe. “These paintings have a soul” or “Color, composition and multi-layer structure, all this is very engaging” were heard amongst other positive feedback from the visitors of the exhibition.
Twelve new works from the Liquid Line series of paintings were for display at the show. All paintings capture the artist’s exploration of the spatial and temporal layers of our being and present brand new and unique visual language.
